2025 Yamaha FJR1300ES — Sport-Touring Performance with Long-Distance Comfort

The 2025 Yamaha FJR1300ES blends strong four-cylinder performance with the comfort, wind protection and carrying capacity expected of a serious sport-touring motorcycle. Its smooth power delivery, electronically adjustable suspension and integrated touring equipment make it equally suited to winding roads, highway travel and everyday riding.

Responsive Power and Electronic Control

A liquid-cooled 1,298 cc inline-four engine delivers broad, accessible torque through a six-speed transmission. Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle supports refined response and enables rider-focused technologies such as selectable D-Mode power delivery, traction control and cruise control. A shaft final drive reduces routine maintenance compared with a chain while providing clean, dependable operation for extended trips.

Key Touring Highlights

• Electronically adjustable suspension: Allows the rider to tailor damping and preload settings for changing road conditions, passengers or luggage.
• Unified braking with ABS: Supports controlled, balanced stopping performance in a variety of riding situations.
• Adjustable windscreen: Electric adjustment helps manage airflow and improve comfort at touring speeds.
• Integrated hard side cases: Lockable, removable luggage provides practical storage while complementing the motorcycle’s streamlined design.
• LED lighting: Modern illumination includes lean-sensitive cornering lights designed to improve visibility through turns.
• Heated grips and cruise control: Useful touring amenities reduce fatigue and improve comfort during long days in the saddle.

Designed for Distance and Everyday Use

The FJR1300ES combines an upright riding position with an adjustable seat, substantial fairing and generous fuel capacity. Its aluminum frame helps balance stability with responsive handling, while the electronically managed suspension lets riders adapt the chassis without reaching for tools.

Instrumentation presents essential trip and motorcycle information clearly, and the standard luggage makes the FJR practical for commuting, weekend escapes or multi-day journeys. For riders who want strong acceleration and composed cornering without giving up passenger comfort or touring convenience, the FJR1300ES offers a well-developed, versatile package.
